Morton Analytics started from a simple idea: build tools that empower people to make better decisions with their data. What began as a data analytics practice has grown into a team that builds custom software, analytical tools, and AI-driven products for federal agencies and businesses. We're SBA 8(a) certified, open-source by default, and based in Missoula, Montana.

Data Solution Architect and Programmer with a knack for big data enterprise solutions for IT and scientists alike. Ryan has worked in government, telecommunications, health care, and technology companies. In his free time, Ryan enjoys skiing, hiking his dogs, and Montana’s rivers and lakes.
Chief Executive Officer
Chief of People, Dollars, and Contracts with over 20 years experience supporting and developing teams. Ryan relishes the challenging task of ensuring coworkers understand the client’s needs while following policy and procedure. Ryan specializes in hiring and employee retention. In his spare time, Ryan is an award winning Dahlia farmer and skiing the local hill.
Data Scientist and Programmer
Data software fixer and award winning developer. With a Masters in Business Analytics, Jackson specializes in leveraging data to support business decisions and enhance business outcomes. Outside of work, he cherishes spending quality time with family and friends. Enjoying the outdoor life, Jackson is happy playing a round of golf, spending time on Montana’s lakes and rivers, hitting the ski slopes, and diving into the latest video games.
